So...what would you do if offered these two choices?
But then there is this heart wrenching story I, along with countless others, have been following. This is Chad Arnold, 39, from Colorado showing his scar where he had a liver transplant several months ago. The donor was his brother Ryan Arnold, 34. Ryan came forward along with Chad's other siblings, cousins, in-laws, and friends offering part of their livers to Chad who selected Ryan to be his donor."Christianity doesn't deny the reality of suffering and evil... Our hope... is not based on the idea that we are going to be free of pain and suffering. Rather, it is based on the conviction that we will triumph over suffering."

“Wounding and healing are not opposites. They're part of the same thing. It is our wounds that enable us to be compassionate with the wounds of others. It is our limitations that make us kind to the limitations of other people. It is our loneliness that helps us to to find other people or to even know they're alone with an illness. I think I have served people perfectly with parts of myself I used to be ashamed of. ”
