The other day Heidi was talking about time and how weird it was. She couldn't seem to grasp it's existence. She said she was serious but I think she was subconsciously thinking about this music video we saw on SNL. Check it out, it's only 3 minutes long. I don't know why but I found it hilarious...I must be a real juvenile because I laugh at dumb stuff.

On Stephen Colbert a few weeks ago there was a person who was on who had recently finished a book and studies on time. It was pretty mind blowing.
oh i am TOTALLY with Heidi on this one. time is CRAZY when you really get into it....UTC, UT1, TAI, Julian date, leap seconds, leap years, mean solar day, sidereal time, radiation of the caesium 133 atom, and then you can get into general and special relativity with time dilation and its relationship to gravity....and we haven't even touched on the concept of eternal time :)
