In the meantime, we haven't really been doing anything too exciting. But here is the run down:
What we've been reading;
Together we just finished reading Fast Food Nation, by Eric Schlosser.
We are currently reading Farm Sanctuary: changing hearts and minds about animals and food, by Gene Baur.Over the weekend, Daniel finished reading:
- Collapse, by Jared Diamond
- Interpretation: a Bible commentary for teaching and preaching Job, by J. Gerald Janzen. (He also wrote a 9,000 word commentary on Job for his Chaplaincy course)
- Piety and Politics: The Right Wing assault on religious freedom, by The Reverend Barry W. Lynn
- Duma Key, by Steven King
- The Watchman Comic Book Series, by Alan Moore
- America: A citizen's guide to Democracy inaction, by John Stewart

I (unfortunately) can not read 10 books at once like Daniel, so I am currently reading Charlotte's Web, by E.B. White.
What we've been watching:
- The Olympics
- The Bourne Identity Series
- Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Arc

I definitely prefer Heidi's type of reading material. I don't even understand the titles of Daniel's. And I have a master's degree.
Hey! Did we ever send you guys a baby announcement? I don't remember seeing your address. Shoot. can you send it to me? Email it to Jim or something....? Thanks! Oh, and by the way, I'm TAGGING you! Look at my blog for instructions...
How on earth can Dan read that many books at once? I'd get so confused...or I wouldn't know which one to choose when I felt like reading. It must take some serious talent!
